SHIPPING
Shipping typically takes 3 business days.
You can order your artworks ready to hang or rolled on a packaging tube.
Depending on your location some countries may take 14 business days for the arrival, considering if you order ready to hang mode.
For the rolled canvas mode the arrival usually takes 2 business days.
Collectors are responsible for any VAT, import fees or other duties that your local government may charge you upon delivery.
Unmounted pieces are sent for free. The mounting and framing of the painting upon arrival and the expenses related to it are responsibility of the buyer.
Due to the size and weight of the framed artworks, the cost of shipping can range from $1,200 to $1,500 usd depending on the shipping address. If the shipping address is in the United States or Mexico and want a special quote to try to reduce the cost please send us an email. In this case the payment would have to be direct to our bank account or with a PayPal payment request that we will send you.
The listed artwork wont be removed from sale until the deposit is confirmed.
The customer agrees to provide a valid, traceable address where the order can be delivered. In the event that the client provides an address that cannot be located by the transportation company, any other additional costs will be covered by the client himself.
All shipments and deliveries are carried out by third parties.
Shipping cost will not be refunded under any circumstances.

You can make your payments using PayPal or direct wire transfers.
Our prices are in US dollars.
The listed price for every artwork is final and our local Taxes. In international shippings purchasers are responsible for any VAT, import fees or other duties that your local government may charge you upon delivery.
Incorrect deposits to other accounts that have no relationship with Jazzan Toledo Art are at no time the responsibility of Jazzan Toledo Art.
We reserve the right to refuse payment for an order for any reason.
We reserve the right to reject an order paid with PayPal or any other online payment method if it is considered suspicious or fraudulent. The rejected payment will be returned in the form of the original payment within a maximum period of 5 business days.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES
Due to the size of the art pieces and the logistic required for shipping any sale is final, so be sure before making your purchase. If you want more information or images of any piece prior to purchasing, send us an email to info@jazzantoledoart.com.
Note: Art pieces will not be removed from sale until a deposit is confirmed.
Our shipments have appropriate and secure packaging for each occasion but if any piece of art arrives damaged at its destination, it is necessary to let us know by mail upon reception and never more than three days after arrival. We suggest taking pictures or videos of damaged packaging BEFORE OPENING. This will help us to investigate and manage the best way to resolve it with the transport company.
Once we investigate and get the proofs we would notify you if the claim is valid and accord with you a new art piece. The damaged artwork should be send back to the provided address . We pay insurance for all of our shipments, so the only situation for replacement is when the shipping company accepts evidence that the artwork has been damaged in transit.
